1. What time can I expect you to clean my home?
Above and Beyond Cleaning Service services client homes Monday – Saturday any time of the day or night. If calling to schedule a cleaning where you are redeeming a gift certificate or coupon or during the holiday season, please be advised that you may have to schedule your cleaning several weeks in advance.
In most cases you will know the exact point of our arrival. Sometimes if you are scheduled in the middle of the day, or after another client, the arrival time is delayed. In cases like these, phone calls will be made to let you know. Communication is guarenteed.
2. Does your company provide the supplies to clean my home?
Yes, our company provides all supplies for the cleaning of your home or you can provide your own.
With our company, their are no worries! We provide all other supplies and save you the headache…
3. How do I pay for cleaning services?
House cleaning payments are due in full at the time of service. We accept Cash, Check, and Credit Cards for your convenience. Take advantage of our pre-paid billing and save… Because we are a service business there is a NO REFUND POLICY, but we will re-clean the area in question for free to your satisfaction.
Office contracts can be billed monthy at the end of the month, or in advance.
4. How many people will come to clean my home?
Above and Beyond Cleaning Service work in teams of 1, 2 and 3 and 4. Since this is a family business, all cleaners are part of our circle and no outside cleaners are used. Personal introductions can be arranged.
5. What if something is damaged during the cleaning of my home?
For your protection, Above and Beyond Cleaning Service does carry general liability insurance in the case of an accident. Please keep in mind that accidents do happen. In the case of an accident, the cleaners are instructed to leave the client a note and the client will be contacted by our office on the next business day. A report will be written and the item will be replaced, the client will be compensated, or a claim will be filed.
6. Does someone have to be home on the day of my cleaning?
Absolutely not. Above and Beyond Cleaning Service does not require anyone to be home on the day of the cleaning. Actually most of our customers are not home when their homes are being cleaned. If desired, we can provide a courtesy phone call when we are on our way.
10. Is there anything that I should do before the cleaners arrive?
It is advantageous to have your home picked up as much as possible allowing us to be able to get to all areas so that we can optimize your cleaning. If we have to spend time picking items up and putting them in there place prior to cleaning, that is time we could be using in the detailing process.
11. What are your rates?
Our pricing is completely individualized. Our more than 25 years of experience have helped us learn that every home is as unique as the people living there. We base our pricing on many factors, including the presence of pet hair, clutter and even your lifestyle. That is why we like to meet with you before quoting you a price..
What we CAN tell you is that we can work with almost any budget, and if your limit is about 80 dollars, that would cover the most basic housecleaning in a normal situation.
This covers the basic pricing on a routine clean. For deeper levels of soil, location, pets, behind furniture ect, additional costs would be added.
